The room was well-kept and beautifully decorated with a nice view, stayed here for 2 nights. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The breakfast variety is hearty with fried eggs, very good service. The employees are very competent and efficient. The location is magnificent and beautiful, so close to the beach and shops and pubs, restaurant for evening meal and the garden - couldn't be better. Also, if you want to explore a native Welsh castle, it's 10 minutes walk.

The studio suite we stayed in was bright in her bathroom. Enjoyed hearty breakfast options with fried eggs. The staff from start to finish were very attentive and efficient. The setting was fantastic, next to a lovely Indian restaurant where the staff are super friendly.

Delicious and sensational breakfast — variety of meals. Comfy and bright rooms with a TV and tea/coffee. Location close to the beaches, criccieth castle and the good restaurants, and a pub. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a biographical museum.

I stayed here for a trip and would love to come back. It was new-fashioned, neat and with a good view. The workers were helpful and attentive. Central location of this nice central hotel was a bonus. I often went to Castle Fish & Chips to pick up some food.

I recently stayed at the Lion Hotel in Criccieth for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the beach and castle. The hotel had a great atmosphere, with friendly staff and a homely feel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, cereals, and a delicious Sunday carvery. The rooms were nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a perfect walk-in shower in the bathroom. it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
